Starting today Sunday, Sept.. 27, celebrate the whole Church in the Philippines by way of the National Laity Week to give a paper on the importance of the lay people or laiko the life of the Church.
This year, the theme of the celebration is “The Laity: Changing Self & Society With Jesus and Mary.” This theme after the declaration of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) in the year 2009-2010 the Year of the Two Hearts For Peace-Building and Lay Participation in Social Change.
